She’s used to fighting big seas, but last night Dee took on a new challenge – to help fight the big C. Caffari announced that she has taken up the position as UK patron for Sail for Cancer, a charity that raises money through sailing and endeavours to provide sailing opportunities for cancer patients/their families and those who have recently been bereaved.
