The Royal Corinthian One Design Class is inviting owners of traditional boats to the 70th Anniversary Regatta for Classic Yachts and One Designs.

The regatta is a festival of sail and racing over three days, Thursday 21st to Saturday 23rd July 2005 on the River Crouch.

The RCOD’s were designed in 1934 at the request of the Royal Corinthian Yacht Club as the club fleet by Harry C. Smith. Built by local yards, mahogany carvel planked on oak frames, the fleet of RCOD’s started racing in the spring of 1935.
