One British male, a Russian female and a Spanish male have all been rescued from a sinking yacht off the Azores.

A freighter picked up two of the crew from liferafts, the third was later found by Portuguese rescue services.

The yacht – Herrikka – was on passage from Gibraltar to the UK.
