Yachtsmen are being invited to express their views on proposals to build the UK’s biggest windfarm eight miles from the Needles. The developer, Dutch energy firm, Eneco, are holding meetings at three yacht clubs over the next few weeks.

The first is at the Royal Yacht Squadron in Cowes, Isle of Wight on 2 April. The next at the Royal Air ore YC, Hamble on 28 April and the final meet at Parkstone YC in Poole on 1 May.
