his archetypal heavy-displacement, deep-sea cruising
yacht from the mid-1970s enjoyed a long production
run and was still available in the late 1980s. At this length,
full headroom is assured beneath the fl ush deck. A range
of interior designs offered up to nine berths in three or
four cabins forward of the pilothouse, which was fi tted
out either as a deck saloon or a wheelhouse with an
internal steering position. The standard rig was a cutter
ketch, but in keeping with her blue-water role,
cutter-sloop and schooner rigs were also offered.
