MDL managing director Anthony Keeler denied rumours he will hike the prices for berth holders at Sparkes Marina Hayling Island, which will be their 21st marina if the sale goes through.

‘I know we have this old reputation and that people are terrified that we go in and hike prices, but we have no plans to do so at Sparkes Marina. It is a well run excellent business which fits into out network well,’ he told YM.

The marina is currently run by owner Nick Rizzi.
