One of the world's biggest marine electronics firms is born
One of the world’s biggest marine electronics companies has been created with the merger of Navico with Simrad and Lowrance.
Both Simrad Yachting and Lowrance Electronics will continue to trade under their existing names despite the merger under parent company – Navico, the Norwegian-based electronics firm.
Navico produces navigation, communication, and autosteering electronics. The company now has four global brands Simrad, Lowrance, Eagle and B&G.
