Arctic yachtsman Bob Shepton has bought a new boat following the loss of his famous Westerly Discus to fire in Greenland.

Bob, 69, has bought another Westerly Discus in Plymouth and will soon be sailing her back to the west coast of Scotland to his home waters.

Bob had sailed 93,000 miles over 25 years in Dodo’s Delight and feels there is no better boat for his sailing and climbing expeditions to the frozen north.
