A severely-disabled 16-year-old schoolgirl is planning to sail a 21ft yacht across the English Channel on Monday. Natasha Lambert, from the Isle of Wight plans to sail solo from Boulogne, France to Dover, Kent in the sloop controlled by her mouth using a ‘sip and puff’ system.
 
Natasha is scheduled to depart Boulogne, France at 7am (UK time) with an estimated time of arrival back into Dover of 1pm at the Royal Cinque Ports Yacht Club.
 
High Water Dover is 0555 on 1 July.
