A special sea-faring delicacy will be put to a nautical taste test to mark the opening of the Clipper Round the World Race Village at the historic Albert Dock, Liverpool on 16 September at 11.30.

Sir Robin Knox-Johnston – first man to sail solo, non-stop round the world – will prepare his famous ‘spicy bully beef” as the start of the race highlight.
