Ex-airport man takes over at MDL
Europe’s largest marina owner and operator has appointed a new chief executive.
Andrew Cornish will become the CEO of MDL Marinas in the autumn, following the retirement of Tony Keeler this month.
Mr Cornish leaves Manchester Airport, where he spent five years as managing director, to join MDL, whose 19 UK marinas include Plymouth’s Queen Anne’s Battery, Southampton’s Ocean Village and Poole’s Cobb’s Quay.
He said: ‘I am very excited about joining MDL which has a great team with a proven track record of success.
‘I look forward to continuing to develop an outstanding experience for all our customers, whilst embracing opportunities to grow MDL both in the UK and overseas.’
