Bankrupt Swedish boatbuilder Najad has been bought by a marina owner, IBI magazine reports. Runo Gillholm of Gillholms Marina, north of Gothenburg together with an unnamed companion, has bought Nord West & Najad.

According to the official receiver, the new owners intend to restart boat production in Sweden.

‘Swedbank in Stockholm and I are pleased with this deal, official receiver Fredrik Tensgrtöm said.
