The River Hamble Harbour Authority advise vessels navigating in the vicinity of Warsash Maritime College Jetty, that lifeboat, liferaft and man overboard procedures will take place from time to time. These operations will include simulation of rescue procedures and involve transfer of personnel using fast RIBs.

Prior to these operations taking place an ‘All Ships’ call will be made on VHF Channel 68. A listening watch will also be kept on VHF channel 68 for the duration of the manoeuvres.
