Portugal is stepping up its drive to tell the world :’ We love yachtsmen,’ with its first ever boat show, the NAUTICA 2001 from December 8-16 at the Feira Internacional do Porto.

The new show coincides with Yachting Monthly’s special Portugal supplement which comes out with the January 2002 issue on sale 13 December.

Supported by the Portuguese Association of Nautical Activities, one of the objectives of the show is to promote seminars, workshops, and debates about boating.

The exhibition will include yachts; nautical equipment; and navigation aids.
