Come and have a chat with the editorial team and enjoy complimentary G&Ts
We’re inviting all Yachting Monthly readers to share a drink with us on our stand at the Southampton Boat Show on Sunday 15 September.
Editor Kieran Flatt and most of the editorial team will be on the stand from 1600 for complimentary gin & tonics and other refreshments.
We’re keen to hear your cruising stories, discuss your views on the magazine and simply have a good chat about sailing.
Please do come along and say hello! Yachting Monthly‘s stand is E001, overlooking the marina, and looks something like the picture above.
The PSP Southampton Boat Show starts on Friday, 13 September, running until the following Sunday, 22 September.
For those in the market for a new yacht, the Bavaria 37 will be on show for the first time in the UK and the Hanse 505 makes it world debut.
Several of the yachts you may have read about in Yachting Monthly this year will be at the show. Our assistant editor Chris Beeson has tested the Dehler 38 which will be on berth M332, the Hanse 345 which will be on berth M270, as well as the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 41DS which will be on stand F005.
It looks like the Elan 400, which was reviewed by Chris in June, will not be there but you can see a few of its siblings on berth 322.
The RYA are running an ‘active marina’ offering masterclasses in many aspects of sailing. Follow the link here for a full list of what’s going on at the RYA Active Marina and how to book.
For those of you on Twitter, the two hashtags which you may find useful are #LoveBoatShows which updates with information about the London and Southampton shows, and #pspsbs which updates throughout the Southampton show with offers, gossip and what’s going on where.
Finally, here’s all the information you need for a Southampton Boat Show ticket.
See you there!
