Sunsail will not operate its three Sunsail Clubs in Turkey for the summer 2009 season. ‘This difficult decision has been taken for a number of reasons,’ a spokesman said.

The decision not to operate in Turkey this summer is limited to Sunsail Clubs only. The Yacht and Flotilla programmes remain unaffected and will continue to operate their programme of activities as normal this summer. Sunsail Clubs in Antigua and Greece also remain unaffected.

The company has written to all customers who have booked a Sunsail Club holiday in Turkey to apologise. However, Sunsail is confident that it will be able to find suitable alternatives for customers.
