US charter operation, The Moorings, has announced it will open its 25th base in Canouan, St. Vincent & The Grenadines this November. The company is already taking reservations for bareboat and crewed yacht charters for monohulls and catamarans ranging in size from 38ft-52ft.

The Moorings’ new base is located in Charlestown Bay at the Tamarind Hotel, which allows Moorings customers to fly directly into and sail the heart of the lower Caribbean.

“We are opening the Canouan, Grenadines base to accommodate many of our customers, who want to stay in the prime cruising grounds centrally located between St. Lucia and Grenada,” commented executive vice president Hans Birkholz. “However, many of our customers will choose to sail one-way from either our St. Lucia or Grenada bases.”

The Moorings fleet will be provide a choice of four monohull sizes from 41ft-52ft and 38ft and 45ft catamarans.
