Similar in style to the 700, the 850 was popular as a charter boat and built in reasonably large numbers. She has a similar four-berth layout to the 700 but a little more spread-out. Some were fitted out from kits so quality can vary. She had a reasonably long fin and, with a large skeg supporting the rudder, good handling and sporty performance.
